First Baptist Church Moreland, GA is seeking a part-time Student Pastor Resident. FBC Moreland is committed to its students and is seeking a leader who can lead the student ministry. This person will build a team of parents, volunteers, and staff to create an exciting faith community that leads students from where they are to where God wants them to be.

The Student Pastor Resident will be directly responsible for:

1. Overseeing the student ministry of FBC Moreland and directing the implementation of its mission and vision.
2. Creating an atmosphere of excellence in everything related to the student ministry.
3. Spiritually preparing the students for challenges in life and developing a sense of clear Christian identity through an understanding of the gospel and God-given gifts and talents.
4. Effectively leading the students to Love, Live, Serve, and Go thus fulfilling the purposes of the local church.
5. Most importantly, this person needs to be a disciple of Jesus Christ who is interested in making disciples for Jesus Christ.
